Canvas is the learning management system used at Jones to access all courses. To access your courses, you will need to login to your account. Once you are logged in, select the Canvas icon. You will automatically be logged in to Canvas, and you will see your courses on the Canvas Dashboard. Classes are available in Canvas on the first scheduled day of the session you are registered for.

Canvas Chat is another great way to contact Canvas when you need assistance and are unable to call the support line. Use the 鈥淗elp鈥� feature located at the bottom left-hand corner of the Canvas navigation pane to access Chat.
Choose 鈥淐hat With Canvas Support (Students)鈥� from the menu that appears.
Fill out the chat form and click the 鈥淪tart Chatting鈥� button at the bottom of the page.
