Our Certified Phlebotomy Technician program teaches technical and procedural aspects of basic phlebotomy required to become a Phlebotomy Technician. The program includes theory and hands-on instruction. Student will gain skill development through a variety of blood collection methods which includes: butterfly needles, capillary skin puncture, syringes, specimen collection and vacuum collection devices.

  • Our Clarke County Center will off the Certified Phlebotomy Technician non-credit program as a Monday, Wednesday, Thursday class that meets from 5 – 9 pm.

Our non-credit program is designed for individuals who are interested in starting a career in the medical field to become a phlebotomy technician or want to advance their careers.

Admission Requirements

  • Submit WorkKeys Score of Silver or Higher
  • High School Diploma or HSE
  • Must be 18 years of age by first day of class
